«Unmanned Naval Association» — is an independent public organization operating at the intersection of defense innovation, the military, and the state.
[ OUR MISSION ]
Our mission is to build a unified platform that consolidates the maritime drone sector, linking manufacturers, the armed forces, academia, and international partners in the unmanned maritime systems space.
[ Why This Is Important ]
Unmanned systems have fundamentally transformed the doctrine of modern warfare.
Eliminate over 35% of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, effectively reducing it to a mere flotilla.
Make any enemy landing operations on Ukrainian Black Sea cities impossible.
Ukraine’s maritime drones enabled the country to:
Break the Russian naval blockade and restore Ukraine’s commercial maritime routes.
Become the first country in history to achieve parity at sea relying solely on unmanned systems.
To ensure structured, long-term development of this domain, a unified and independent coordination center is essential — the Unmanned Naval Association.
[ What We Do ]
For the military:
testing, foreign military products, development of new weapon systems, communicating priorities to manufacturers.
International cooperation:
Assistance in finding partners in Europe, the US, and NATO — components, products, weapons. Everything from locating what is needed to establishing joint production lines.
For manufacturers:
consulting, international partners and foreign technologies, finding funding, international contacts, joint production with partners, dialogue with military-political leadership and state bodies.
Documents and legislation:
Coordination with the state, implementation of NATO standards, clarification of procedures.
The Association is the single hub for comprehensive support across the maritime drone industry.

Unmanned Naval Association is a non-profit initiative aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s defense capabilities. Membership is free of charge. The organization’s activities are funded by donors and personal contributions from the founders.
